Download the CSV template below -- it already lists every valid Product Category / Product Type / Repair Type combination from the Partner Payment repair catalog, with a separate Apple and Non-Apple row for every product type Apple actually makes (Smartphones, Tablets, Smart Watches, TWS/Earbuds, Laptops, Desktops, Monitors & Peripherals, Audio Systems, Home Entertainment/OTT Devices). Everything else (ATM, Printers, AC, Refrigerator, etc.) has a single row with Device Brand left as "—" since that question doesn't apply. The Amount column is left blank for you to fill in.

You can upload the .csv template directly, or a .xlsx/.xls Excel file with the same column headers (Product Category, Product Type, Device Brand, Repair Type, Amount) -- extra title rows or columns above/around the table are fine, the upload finds the header row automatically. Columns can use either the friendly labels shown in the template (e.g. "Mobile & Personal Devices", "Smartphones", "Apple", "Minor Repair (Software / Settings / Cleaning)") or the internal codes (e.g. "MOBILE_PERSONAL", "SMARTPHONES", "APPLE", "MINOR") -- both are accepted. Device Brand only needs a value for the Apple-eligible product types listed above -- leave it "—" everywhere else, exactly like the template. "Others" has no fixed product type, so it isn't included in the template; if you need a rate for it, use the Rate Admin page directly.
