Bigfix Partner Payment — Rate Admin

This is what Bigfix pays the partner (technician / repair centre) for each job — a separate rate card from the client-facing Price Engine, stored in its own tables. Pick the category / size / type, then type in the ₹/hr amount Bigfix pays the partner.

Fixed, constant amounts Bigfix pays on top of the base payout rate -- applied the same way to every calculation, regardless of category. Each amount is a per-hour rate (for 1 hour). Tier/Level codes themselves can't be changed here, only their ₹/hr payout amount.
