Download the CSV template below -- it lists every Demonstration product category and product type from the Partner Payment catalog with the Amount column left blank. Fill in the payout amounts and upload it. Categories and products follow the client rate card (Large Appliances, Mobility, Computing, Small Appliances, Enterprise, Others).

You can upload the .csv template directly, or a .xlsx/.xls Excel file with the same column headers (Product Category, Product Type, Demonstration Type, Amount) -- extra title rows above the table are fine, the upload finds the header row automatically. Category / Product Type can be the label (e.g. "Large Appliances" / "LED / Smart TV") or the code (e.g. "LARGE_APPLIANCES" / "LED_SMART_TV"); a category or product that isn't in the list yet is added as typed (old category names such as "Home Appliances" or "Kitchen Appliances" are rejected). Demonstration Type can be left blank -- it defaults to "Demonstration".
